So I had this question that, I used to collect cards when I was in France, and then I moved to the US and most of my cards are in French. Is it going to have the same value if I try to sell it in the US rather then France?

I thought the highest was 340 for attack and damage because you said if its higher than 1000 it fake but then you went to ex and gx and they have 200 to 300 hp, if its over its also fake im just confused?
